Refund policy

Donations
Donations to the Tyler Koscinski Memorial Foundation are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error (for example, a duplicate charge or the wrong amount), email info@tk9.org within 30 days and we will correct or refund it.

Merchandise
If there is a problem with your TK9 merchandise order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Unworn, unwashed items may be exchanged or refunded. Because all proceeds support our scholarships, we ask that customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Event Registrations and Sponsorships
Event registrations and sponsorships are non-refundable once the event has taken place. If you can no longer attend, contact events@tk9.org before the event and we will do our best to transfer your registration or apply it as a donation.
